"It is okay to be "Not Okay"
We often beat ourselves up for not feeling okay. Please realize we are human beings and we are bound to go through tough times. If you are feeling low or not in a mood it's absolutely okay. Give every emotion time to come stay and pass by

4) "Your feelings are valid." Every emotion you experience is valid, whether it's sadness, anxiety, or frustration. They are a part of being human.

6) "Progress, not perfection." Remind that healing and growth take time. Small steps forward are still steps in the right direction.
